做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
