做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
