做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
