做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
