做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
