做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
