做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
