做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
