做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
