做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
