做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
