做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
