做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
