做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
