做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
