做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
