做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
