做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
