做法(fǎ ):洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝(cháng )。 -
