做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
