做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
