做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一(yī )遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
