做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
