做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
