做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
