做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
