做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
