做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
