做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
