做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
