做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山(shān )和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
