做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
