做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
