做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
