做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
