做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
