做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
