做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
