做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
