做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
