做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
