做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
