做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
