做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
