做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
