做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
