做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
