做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
