做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
