做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
